Nasarawa United: We have to respond after massive set back – Arikya – Latest Sports News In Nigeria

Nasarawa United assistant coach, Abubakar Arikya has refused to blame his players for the humiliating loss to Akwa United.

Nasarawa United assistant coach, Abubakar Arikya has refused to blame his players for the humiliating loss to Akwa United.

In Sunday’s NPFL game, Nasarawa United were hammered 3-0 by visiting Akwa United at the New Jos Stadium.

Arikya expressed disappointment at the result, but charged his players to pick themselves up.

“I believe it’s not our making that the game went like that but it was God,” the Solid Miners Coach said.

“Anytime the result comes like that you have to take it. We go back and prepare for another match,” he told reporters after the game.
