The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is pleased to announce the launce of the ECOWAS Internship Immersion Program for young graduates in ECOWAS Institutions aimed at the professional integration of young graduates.
The Internship will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to get to know ECOWAS programs better, at the same time for the interns to offer their contribution for efficient implementation of programs and activities of the institutions.

ECOWAS Internship Immersion Program | DETAILS
The program offer the possibility of an immersion (internship) in the services of the regional institution (Institutions, Agencies, Departments, Resident Representations) as well as create a framework that allows young graduates to contribute to the implementation of major ECOWAS programs within Departments, Agencies, Representations and Institutions.
Youth acquire professional experience through their immersion in ECOWAS programs, for their career development. It will also provide a platform for young graduates to contribute to the implementation of ECOWAS programs.
To be eligible for the ECOWAS Internship Immersion Program 2022/23, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicant must be a young graduate from ECOWAS Member States, not more than 35 years of age.
- Must hold a certificate, at the bachelor (BSc), Master, PhD or equivalent certificate.
- Applicants must be willing to commit twelve months of his/her time to the internship.
